How do I add resources onto an item inside my app?

Using the VidApp Builder, you have the power to add a downloadable resource in the form of an audio file, PDF, and more to any of your app's items. This allows your users to download the resource and access it offline. Here's how:

Kajabi

You can upload a new resource for any item by following the instructions here:

  1. login to your Kajabi account
  2. Navigate to the content where you want to add the resource 
  3. Click on Add Files and upload the resource file
  4. Click Save at the top
  5. Go back to the VidApp Builder content tab
  6. Click on the course containing the new resource file

Vimeo 

If you are using a Vimeo, you can add a resource only to a content created in the VidApp Builder. To do this, you will need to:

  1. Login the VidApp Builder
  2. Go to Content > VidApp 
  3. Tap on + Create New on the upper right
  4. Find and open the new content you created
  5. Click on +Add for resources and select the Resource file you would like to add for this content

Wordpress

You can upload a new resource for your app content by following the instructions here:

  1. Upload the resource / file to your WordPress website
  2. Once your file is uploaded, go to library and copy the file's URL
  3. Go to the VidApp Builder Content tab
  4. Navigate to the content where you want to add the resource 
  5. Open the content and click on + Add for Resources
  6. Enter a Title for the resource and paste the URL into the provided field
  7. Click Save at the top and publish your changes. 

Uscreen

You can upload a new resource for any item by following the instructions here:

  1. Login to your Uscreen account
  2. Go to Content > Resources
  3. Upload the new resource/file
  4. Navigate to the content where you want to add the resource 
  5. Scroll down at the bottom and click the drop down for resources
  6. Search for the name of your newly uploaded resource
  7. Select it and click Save changes at the upper right of the page
  8. After this, wait for the content to automatically sync which take about 5-10 minutes
