Click Push Notifications

Click Create New Push Notification, you will be navigated to the New Push Notification screen

Input your title message and schedule your push notification by choosing to either send it immediately or, send it at a later date and time.

Select one of our three Per-User Optimisation; send to everyone at the same time, intelligent delivery, and send based on the user's timezone. More information about these can be found here.

If Send based on user's timezone is selected, then select the time that the notification will be received.

Three tips for creating effective push notifications
Creating a successful push notification is a fine needle to thread. You are given a small amount of real estate to communicate with and are competing with hundreds of other notifications. Here are three tips to help you create clear and concise push notifications;

Keep you notifications brief and to the point. Notifications with between 20 - 90 characters see the highest click through rates. Be intentional with your language here and use power words like 'new' and 'limited' as humans naturally seek out novelty and exclusivity.

That being said, be authentic to you. Your users come to you for you, and no other notification they receive will read the way yours does. Making your notification authentic, makes them unique in all the noise.

And lastly, but most importantly, your notifications must add value to the user. If you are sending notifications that aren't valuable, you increase the chance of them turning them off, and once they are off, it is nearly impossible to get a user to turn them back on.
