When you add new video content to the VidApp Builder, the video undergoes processing in order for it to be optimized across your apps. Occasionally this can take between 1-24 hours and will display a popup message in-app to let you know it's in this processing phase. If the video is still processing after 24 hours has passed since publishing it, here's what you need to do:

Login to the Builder

Click Save and Publish to preview to test your new app changes. Then, once your changes are ready to go live to all users click Publish to live apps
