How do I enroll in Google Play's 15% service fee tier

  1. Log into Google Play Console

  2. Click here

  3. Follow these instructions to create an Account Group

  4. Click here

  5. Underneath the banner which says "When you've finished setting up your account group, enroll for the 15% service fee." click Review and enroll

  6. Read and accept the 15% service fee Terms of Service

  7. Click Accept and enroll
