How do I manually sync my Uscreen content with my apps?

Any changes made to your Uscreen content, such as uploading a new video or changing a video name, are synced into the VidApp Builder automatically every 10 minutes. If you want to manually sync your content however here's how:

  1. Navigate to the VidApp Builder

  2. Click Content

  3. Click the Sync Uscreen button, the sync will begin. Typically is takes 10 minutes to complete
  4. Once completed you will receive a 'sync successful' email. After receiving this email, refresh the Builder
  5. Click Build and ensure your newly synced content is included in this section

  6. Click Save and Publish to preview to test your new app changes. Then, once your changes are ready to go live to all users click Publish to live apps
