How do I upload a new thumbnail image to my item or collection?

Typically content synced from your web platform will sync the content's thumbnail images along with it. However, you have the power to customize this, or add a new thumbnail image, inside the VidApp Builder. Here's how:

  1. Log into the Builder

  2. Click Build My App

  3. Locate the item or collection you wish to add or update the thumbnail image on and click it

  4. In the right-sided tab bar that appears, click the image and either directly upload the new thumbnail image from your computer or add it via it's URL

  5. Save and Publish to preview to test your new app changes. Then, once your changes are ready to go live to all users click Publish to live apps
