How do I sync Kajabi offers with my app?

The VidApp Builder allows you to sync your apps with your Kajabi offers, enabling your members to access the same content that they access within your Kajabi site on your apps too. We have a process in place which means this sync runs automatically every few hours, so that you don't have to run it, however there are two ways to manually run this sync too, here's how:

Manually syncing the Kajabi Offer

1. Log into the Builder

2. Click In-App Products

3. Click the Sync Kajabi Offers button and this will begin syncing all Kajabi Offers into the Builder

Note:

Syncing can take up to 15 minutes to complete.

Manually adding the Kajabi Offer

1. Log into the Builder
2. Click In-App Products
3.  

4. Click the Offer or Product ID you wish to sync

5. In the right-sided tab that appears, locate the Included Collections section and select all the relevant content that should appear for a user with the Offer or Product selected

6. Click Save and your changes will be live instantly across your apps
