Q: What happens if a member's payment fails?
A: Stripe, our payment processor, has an intelligent system in place to manage failed payments. By default, Stripe will attempt to retry the payment multiple times over a period of approximately two weeks. If the payment continues to fail after these retries, Stripe will automatically cancel the member's subscription. Once this cancellation is detected by our system, the member's access to the Web App will be removed. This process helps ensure fair access and management of subscriptions.
