We're excited to introduce Membership Status in the Members Table. A new approach to segment your members, giving you instant clarity on their exact standing with your app.
What are Membership Status Tags?
We've added five distinct tags in the Builder that will automatically apply to each user based on their current subscription status. These tags help you quickly identify where a customer is in their lifecycle, from initial sign-up to cancellation.
| Membership Status | Who It Applies To |
|---|---|
| Lead | Has created an account but hasn't started a subscription. |
| Free Trial | Currently enjoying their free trial period. |
| Active | Has a current subscription. |
| Pending Cancellation | Only applicable for web subscriptions and not for mobile subscriptions. Has an active subscription but has scheduled a cancellation. |
| Trial Pending Cancellation | Only applicable for web subscriptions and not for mobile subscriptions. Has scheduled cancellation during their free trial. |
| Cancelled | No longer has an active subscription. |
