VidApp doesn't currently support new members joining via PayPal. However if you have members already paying via PayPal, we can provide access to those members while they continue to pay via PayPal.
Please note: this process does not work for some older PayPal subscription types.
To enable PayPal access for existing members:

Create PayPal credentials
Follow the instructions under Step 1 on this page to create a PayPal Client ID and Secret for VidApp. - please make sure you are in Live mode when doing this.
Toggle the Sandbox / Live toggle at the top left of your screen to Live to do this.
Share your credentials
Send the Client ID and Secret to the VidApp team.-
Provide your PayPal subscriber list
Share a CSV file of your existing PayPal subscribers with the following 2 columns:Old User ID – the user’s ID from your previous platform (e.g. Uscreen, Vimeo OTT, Kajabi, WordPress, etc.)
Old Product ID – the PayPal subscription ID (e.g.
I-123456789)
Default Access Settings
By default, all imported PayPal subscribers will be assigned to a PayPal product in VidApp that grants full access to your app.
If you’d like to restrict or fine-tune access (for example, to specific plans, tiers, or content groups), the VidApp team can help adjust this configuration once your subscriber list is connected.
