Engaging with your members is key to building a loyal audience. The Manage Comments tool in the Builder allows you and your team to reply to user comments centrally, without needing to log in to the app itself.
This feature is designed for delegation. You can assign team members to handle replies, ensuring they can engage with your members from a centralised place.
How it Works
"Admin" Badge: When you or your team reply from the Builder, the response will appear in the app with an "Admin" tag. This lets your members know they are speaking to an official representative of the brand.
Cross-Platform Visibility: Replies sent from the Builder appear instantly across all your apps (Mobile, Web, and TV).
Restricted Access: You can assign a "Community Manager" role to a team member. They can log into the Builder and have access to all Community-related features and reply to comments.
How to Reply to a Comment
Log in to the Builder and go to Manage Comments.
Browse the list to find the comment you wish to address and navigate to it.
Write your comment and hit the reply button on the comment.
If you aren't sure which video the comment refers to, click the View Video button inside the modal. This will open the specific content in your Web App so you can see the full context.

You can also select the Admin User you want to reply as from the available options. (e.g., You might reply as the main Brand Name, or a specific Instructor's name).
Note: If you haven't set up an Admin User identity yet, you will need to assign one here.
⚠️ Important: Content Comments vs. Community
Please note that this tool is specifically for comments left on Content items. For example: videos, posts, or collections.
This feature does not currently support replying to posts or comments within the Community Feed (social wall). To reply to Community interactions, you must currently log in to the app (Web or Mobile) as an Admin.
